Dylan's Voice On Grammy Nominee Song?

The song is called Lies, Lies, Lies, which is certainly appropriate. I had assumed from the name that it was that crappy song that Bermas uses to open his RBN program, but it's not, it's a heavy metal tune. The clip of Dylan's voice (?) comes at about 2:40 with the "American has been hijacked, not by Al Qaeda, but by a group of tyrants" that basically closes the movie. Actually I'm not sure if it's Dylan's voice; it sounds a little deeper, but it's certainly his words.

Yeah, that's Dylan's narration from Loose Change, morphed out with a deep voice effect.

It's also him for the first 30 seconds of the track.

Anyone think Loose Change is a cult movie? Nah.

On a related subject, the cavalcade of stars (individuals in our govt. on 9/11 who get awards) continues:

Underperformin’ Norman Mineta awarded Medal of Freedom

I'm glad Ministry's getting Grammy nominations, but I'd rather they did so by accusing the administration of, oh, provable things, like giving medals to people who had miserable failiures happen on their watch. Heckuva job, Bushie.

Counter Culture run amok.

Since when was Ministry ever a metal band? If you want a real taste of true Heavy Metal, get ManOwaR's Kings of Metal.

@Lying Dylan.

Ministry is one of those bands that kind of fall in between Metal and Industrial. I don't consider them full on metal. Sometimes, they may be metal, other times, not. I usually don't consider them unless there is a consistency in their sound.

Anyway, what you consider metal is subjective. I'm more into the traditional sound of Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Helloween, and Manowar. I also like some more of the newer bands like Finntroll, Iced Earth, Blind Guardian, Nightwish, Emperor, Immortal, etc.

I wonder if Dylan is getting royalties for this. Does anybody know the copyright law concerning the use of samples?
