Yet Another Glorious Failure for the Troofers

And you won't hear about it anywhere else other than here and at JREF. Remember the thrilling NYC-CAN effort last year, that turned out to be NYC-CANT? Well, they decided to duplicate their failure in New Hampshire, where apparently it only takes a handful of signatures to get a measure voted on, and a voice vote at that will get it on the ballot. How'd they do?

Gloriously.

A petition article on several town warrants instructs the state’s congressional delegation to pursue a “new and independent investigation” into the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks. Here’s how it fared in local towns:

u Chesterfield: Failed

u Harrisville: Failed

u Marlborough: Failed

u Nelson: Passed over

u Richmond: Passed

u Swanzey: Failed

One out of six!

Meanwhile, NYC-CANT is still urging funds for their NYC efforts:

Starting on Monday, March 15, 2010, NYC CAN will ask thousands of concerned citizens in New York and across the country to begin calling and faxing three city council members each day. All 51 council members will be contacted over the course of 17 business days.

Each morning, NYC CAN will send out an action alert with the contact info for three city council members’ offices. In our action alerts we will include a set of suggested talking points to use when you call or fax the council members.

Boris, send them some money! I can assure you it will not be used for Luke's tuition.

Hat Tip to our longtime blog-buddy, Orphia Nay at JREF, who's been covering this story like a blanket.

Yukihisa Fujita's letter to the Washington Post wallows in self-pity.

My favorite line is "I have many American friends and have spent many decades endeavoring to serve as a bridge between the two countries"

No, you just make common cause with those who accuse United States of committing mass murder of its own citizens, other than that, you're a great friend of the United States! I'm reminded of the segregationists who used to claim they had "many black friends."

The twoofer swarm hasn't shown up yet to post comments.

Pat,

If the Boris you are addressing is me then all I can say is that I will make my decisions in no way based on anything you suggest or ask me to do.

Regarding the gist of the post: has it ever occurred to you that, say, in the 1930's in Louisiana or Georgia it would have been but unthinkable that one day - a mere 30 years later - segregated buses, park benches and water fountains would be history? Of course you are employing an age-old propaganda technique of trying to undermine the opponents morale... You are only mistaken in thinking that an anonymous nobody such as yourself has much influence to do that, especially given that many people in the 9/11 truth movement have been there for awhile and are quite ready for stick it out for another while.

As long as citizens of New Hampshire died in the attacks - and yes, they did, at least one - Neil Marriani - the state authorities can investigate this crime. But since it affects everyone alive a greater human duty to find out the truth is there for people in NH just as much as for people in Argentina.

Plus the idea was to have the NH Congressional representatives press for an investigation on the federal level.

And yes, your English could use some improvement. It would be "Boris is in a self granduerizing role..." if anything. Just a sidenote.

Also, you do make a good point about if one citizen was killed. I wasn't looking at it that way. But, it does make snese and also provides a loop hole for troofers to try again. But they will never get complete power to do what they are hoping for. and hell, if they want an new investigation, I don't think anyone here disagrees with that. Its the "unlimited prosecution power" thing that we have trouble with.

Except for one inconvenient thing, it would have taken hundreds if not thousands of "people" to do the act you fantasize about. Unless you think Bush did it all himself. And of course thousands more would have to overlook such an obvious conspiracy, well, just because. All the FDNY would have to ignore an obvious controlled demolition, as would controlled demolition companies. Military personnel would also have to blindly obey commands to stand down while the attacks take place. But those people are not as morally upstanding as you Boris, right?

Yes Boris you are such a brave freedom fighter.

Yeah.. Right... Face it Boris like all truther you are a low IQ cretin, a nobody who imagines himself a hero because in reality you do nothing to improve the human condition. Go back to your website. Answer the highly relevant questions Ken Webber and I have asked here and here and here. There's plenty more but that should do for starters. Then maybe I will find the time to address the rest of your drivel.

Actually, even that may not be 100% true, especially so in the case of Mr Kyte. I have been dealing with him for quite some time, as you can tell, and I have to say that I can't call him "good at name calling". In my opinion, to be good one ought to be creative and entertaining; his insults, on the other hand, are dull, repetitive and after you have listened to them over a few repetiotions you can all but predict what sort of tirade would come next. So no, if you asked me, that wouldn't qualify as "very good at name calling".

The answers are right there on the web site, unfortunately you and Ken being the type of guys you are, that is low on thinking ability will never understand the answers and I can't dumb them down enough for the idiot class. Hell you still think the towers fell at free-fall, not that you understand the concept in any real depth, but you were told free-fall and it's the current talking point, maybe one day your will learn.

It burns you when I point out the obvious reality of truthers v debunkers. That in the world of real people you are the inferior "race", because of an accident of genetics or your own lack of interest in leaning critical thinking skills you are always going to be the brunt of the joke. You will always be the fools who get fooled, who buy the latest and greatest scam.

I could stand in room with thousands of people and shout out that 9/11 truthers are low life loons of the inbreed variety and few would disagree, some may think it odd I take the time to point out such an obvious thing, but few would find fault with the observation.

If you spewed truther drivel to a group of people they would only laugh at you and wonder where the kook came from.

Hell Boris after reading your so called technological blog it's obvious you are not even a skilled code monkey. Couldn’t figure out a PDF file was an InDesign PDF? You would think even a grunt like you would be good at the grunt work.

Sure, set it up, even a none engineer like me knows the towers didn't fall at free-fall.

The fact you don't understand free-fall and the physics behind it is very telling, it shows a certain inborn ignorance. And it is beyond my ability to explain the concept to a person who lacks the necessary discernment to apprehend the subject. It's like talking to a child, you can hear the words buy just don't get it.

But by all means let hear your explanation on how the collapse defies know physics.

Thanks for failing to answer the questions I linked to once again. Since they were asked of you awhile ago it appears a safe bet that you never had any idea as to how to answer them, and you still don't.

Giving credit where credit is due I must note that you have gone to posting under you own name which is a step in the right direction in comparison to being an anonymous nobody. However, before you show off your self-perceived superiority ("It burns you when I point out the obvious reality of truthers v debunkers. That in the world of real people you are the inferior "race", because of an accident of genetics or your own lack of interest in leaning critical thinking skills you are always going to be the brunt of the joke.") I would like to remind you that back in Fall of 2008 you were supposed to contact me for an online debate about 9/11. You still have not done so. That most likely indicates that you are afraid of such a debate. Which would be understandable given that you have nothing to bring to the table.

It is difficult to understand why you would even conceive of yourself as being in any way superior to others - at least if one were to use your website as a yardstick. While it is esthetically appealing the navigation there is not very good. The art is OK - nice drawing, you would probably make a decent illustrator. The photos are not bad - some of them - though you seem to have preference for easy static scenes. I really fail to notice anything outstanding in anything you do.

Sorry to have done off topic but I think I'd mention this. Oh, and here are a couple more questions I'd be really curious to get answers to. The are not difficult, David. Here they are:

1) How old are you? I don't need precise age, I am just curious what age group a person acting like you happens to belong to.

2) Is English your first language? Or your second? Or your third?

Hey Anon, care to post a link from Pop Mech where they say they’ve suddenly decided 9/11 was perpetrated by the United States?

At 14 March, 2010 13:29, Blogger ConsDemo said...

Speaking of the topic of the thread, I see in the link Bore-ass posted that the author is trying to spin this as some sort of victory. About 23 percent voted in favor of these questions, that would only be considered a “victory” in twooferdom, but it’s actually even worse than that. A total of 767 cast votes in favor the rather innocuously worded questions. The question on the ballot in Exeter referred to “unanswered questions” about 9/11. Hell, I have unanswered questions about 9/11, but lets give twoofers the benefit of the doubt and assume all 767 believe the evil US attacked itself on 9/11. Certainly every twoofer in these towns made it to the polls, I there is one thing I will say for them, they certainly are devoted to their “cause”, despicable as it is. Look at people like Bore-ass, he does this 24/7, they are all interconnected, they certainly “got their vote” out. The “no” votes, on the other hand, are simply the number of sane people who turn out in these very low turnout local elections. If you measure the twoof vote against the much larger turnout in 2008 in these towns, twoofers got 4.0%, that is even less than 4.6% in their own poll that said they believe MIHOP. Looks like twooferism is losing popularity. Quick, get Dick Gage in his supposed 1,000 architects and engineers to talk sense these folks in New Hampshire!

Dave,

I know you are having trouble comprehending English but allow me to remind you that a few posts up I said:

Go back to your website. Answer the highly relevant questions Ken Webber and I have asked...

What this means is that you answering those questions (challenges, really) is a pre-condition to any meaningful debate with you. In fact, given your propensity to live in denial I am not sure any dialog with you is truly possible.

See, like it or not, but fundamentally you only have two options here: either you answer those questions or I feel absolutely no obligation whatsoever to answer any questions you happen to ask.

Allow me to also repeat the bonus questions I have asked you before. They are not directly related to 9/11, but I am still curious to learn the answers to them:

1) How old are you?

2) Is English your first language?

At 14 March, 2010 15:55, Blogger Dave Kyte said...

You see I know you would never be able to answer a question of simple high school physics. Proof once again you lack the intelligence to understand the subject. Nothing new there, you are not the brightest bulb in the lamp.

Any meaningful debate would require you to get much smarter and like I said I doubt you have the capacity to do so.

They are not directly related to 9/11, but I am still curious to learn the answers to these:

1) Are you how they say "Special"?

2) Is there a history of mental retardation in your family?

At 14 March, 2010 16:05, Blogger Boris Epstein said...

Thanks for making it clear that not only are you incapable of answering the questions Ken Webber and I had asked but you also don't know your own age and don't know what the first language you learned to speak was. Instead you resolve to the sort of insults that most people do not practice beyond the tender age of about 12.

You see, boy, in the adult world one would not be going around judging their own intellect. I will leave it to the others to judge mine.

As for your infantile attempt to insult my family I presume that is the only sort of argument you still have left. Well, just like I said before - you need to at least learn to insult people creatively if that is a career choice of yours. Thus far your insults are as boring as they are infantile.

That a supporter of the official story of 9/11 - and, quite likely, a supporter of the various dictatorial measures 9/11 helped usher - would also be a fan of Joseph Stalin and his repressive methods comes as little surprise.

Just for your information, when I make my travel plans I never take anonymous nobodys' suggestions under consideration. You knuckleheads in the "truth" movement just don't understand the concept of the burden of proof, do you? It's not up to me to prove your nonsensical assertions wrong, it's up to you to prove them right. You've had 8 1/2 years, so anytime you want, Boris.....

And I see no reason to regret working for justice and peace - not now, nor in the future.

Nothing about 9/11 "truth" is remotely related to "justice and peace", so maybe it's time to pick a new movement to join?

Hope this answers your questions.

Yes, thank you. Now go see a psychiatrist so you don't waste the 2nd half of your life on 9/11 "truth".

WOW! And the idiot doesn’t even realize just how stupid a statement that is. Anyone who is into the art of critical thinking would know and never make such an ignorant statement.

Look up Carl Sagan's lectures on critical thinking and in particular "The Dragon in my Garage" You prove a positive you can not disprove a negative. It's a logic thing that you obviously are too mentally stunted to understand.

Also you could take Sagan's advice on how incredible theories demand incredible proof. Saying prove me wrong is the ravings of a featherweight thinker.

And cut the crap about peace and justice, YOU are the one accusing hundreds on Americans of mass murder and all without a shred of evidence, only you own questions derived your personal ignorance on the subject.

Comedy Gold.

Love the bit where he goes down to help after Katrina, Yeah like they need him. Got searched by the police and kind of told to go home.

His volunteer work? Well he quotes "They were a fun group. All the nights there were parties."

Typical loon playing hero.

Yeah, Bore-ass also claims he was a first responder on 9/11, as if his claims of heroism mean anything.

You meant to say, "You prove a positive, you can not prove a negative." Was that what you meant to say? See, I just corrected yet another major gap in your logic. You are welcome.

Now go back to your site, answer the questions I told you to answer earlier, do your homework like a good boy and then we will continue.

Normally I would not even waste time addressing somebody like you but this time I will make an exception: exactly where did I claim to have been a first responder on or after 9/11?

I would also like to state that someone who comes a month after an event hardly qualifies as a first responder - and I only went to the gulf a month after Katrina hit.

Furthermore, my name is Boris, not "Bore-ass". Learn to spell. Elementary spelling skills might lead you to better comprehension of text, which in turn might lead you to learning things, and that in turn might help you see the light... not any time soon, I would think, but some day.

No you have it wrong once again. I suggest you read up a little.

I can not disprove god, but that does not mean god exist. Same as if I can not disprove Russel's teapot it will not suddenly exist in space.

Same as I can not disprove the towers fell at free fall because they did not. it is a negative statement. I can prove they fell at a certain rate and that rate is nowhere near free-fall.

Some how I knew you were not bright enough to get this simple concept of logic. So the question come WHY? Why are you so un-bright as a person Bor-ass? Were you dropped on your head as a child. Maybe mercury poisoning in Russia when you were young. It's an important question, what makes people like you so lacking in normal thinking skills?

Well you sure can spell Free-Fall but you have no real understanding of the physical concept. That kind of skill would make you a good proof reader but not make you a good scientist.

That is the point, guys like you a lousy thinkers, it's the reason you can be suckered so easily. Typical dumb ass shit.

You asked us to prove you wrong (stupid) and then made a point about saying you can not prove a negative! Well is that not what you just asked us to do?

That's nice, Boris. Now, do you plan on proving that 9/11 was an inside job? After 8 1/2 years, you must have a ton of damning evidence.

Who are you kidding? It's not like you have anything better to do with your life than endlessly address people here. It feeds your ego since posters here actually pay you some attention.

Furthermore, my name is Boris, not "Bore-ass". Learn to spell.

Like you have anything better to do. Heck, you spent your whole weekend waiting to respond to comments on this blog.

exactly where did I claim to have been a first responder on or after 9/11?

It was an exchange with Alex awhile back, you flew off the handle at some comment he made and claimed you were a first responder for 9/11 and Katrina.

Furthermore, my name is Boris, not "Bore-ass".

No, you are a bore and an ass. The spelling is intentional and appropriate. If you don't like it, well, too bad. You slander others with far worse accusations, so stop whining.

Oh, yeah, I remember - this blog used to have a comment system that required no authentication. Was that when that alleged exchange took place? So naturally some low-lives took to impersonating me - I am surprised same low-lives didn't admit to mass murder on my behalf while they were busy slandering me.

Well, naturally, that thought most likely hardly occurred to you, did it? No wonder you believe the official 9/11 fairy tale - the gullible ignorant types are indeed easy to fool and manipulate.

And exactly where do I claim that 9/11 was an inside job? I only claim that that the official story of 9/11 is not worth the papaer it is written on. And of that there is ample proof.

Dave,

Why are you insults so predictable? Why are you always failing to present an argument on the merit, to answer the opponent's questions and never fail to come up with some sophomoric insults?

And let me repeat the bonus questions:

1) How old are you?

2) Is English your first language?

I am only stating fact here, conspiracy theorist are sold to stupid people. Smarter people don't by it. Been that way forever, you don't like it because you are one of the suckers who bought the snake oil and now people like me are laughing at you.
